As one of Australia’s leading school holiday program providers, Code Camp has offered programs in coding, design, YouTube, DJ, Minecraft, and robotics for over a decade. We're now looking for Camp Managers to oversee our camps.
Is this you?
Have Tertiary Teaching/Education Degree and registered with relevant Australian teaching organisation
Excellent at communicating with children (ages 5-12), parents, and staff
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and delegate tasks
Tech-savvy
Quick to learn and adapt to new lesson plan content (provided)
Available for a minimum of 2-3 consecutive days during school holidays
About The Role:
As a Camp Manager, you will lead the delivery of our School Holiday programs at your assigned venue, ensuring a smooth, safe and engaging experience for students, staff and families. You are the on-site leader and main point of contact, responsible for both operational excellence and positive camp culture.
What the role involves:
Overseeing daily venue set-up and pack-down, ensuring camps run smoothly and on schedule
Managing student sign-in and sign-out procedures and acting as the primary liaison for parents
Leading and supporting camp staff, including coordinating breaks, supervising playground time, and maintaining high teaching standards
Teaching a class at smaller venues (structured lesson plans and resources provided)
Acting as the designated First Aid Officer and ensuring all safety, compliance and child protection procedures are followed
Creating a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all students
Supply own laptop for personal use (such as student sign-in/out)

Required Qualification/Certification:
Must have a Tertiary Teaching/Education Degree and be registered with relevant Australian teaching organisation (4th-year student-teachers can also be considered)
First Aid certification (including asthma, anaphylaxis and CPR) or willingness to obtain immediately as you will be the designated first aid holder on site
Valid Working with Children Check
Prior Coding knowledge is NOT required for this role
